Having learned the Beverly Hills Scrape technique from award-winning floor industry expert Dave Marzalek, Jon Colpron uses this highly specialized scraping technique to create beautiful and extra durable hand scraped solid hardwood flooring. We are also skilled in wire brushing to achieve a ceruse finish.  While most of the flooring contractors nearby have neither the machinery nor the knowledge to use these techniques, wire brushing removes the soft grain of the wood, leaving the hardest grain standing taller. By adding texture, traction and durability, this technique promotes the longevity of hardwood floors.
